In the first instance, provision of employment opportunity in the most depressed areas of Sydney, Western and South Western suburbs from Blacktown - Penrith to Bankstown - Campbelltown
 
Secondly, for the construction of quality family-friendly dwellings, based on our own life experience in and around Penrith and Campbelltown.

Diz is endowed with a professional workforce which has a blend of experience and innovative personnel. The proprietor, Doug Delaney, a fully qualified builder has 25 years of experience in the profession. (Also noted is Doug's prowess as a sportsman. As a "Local boy" he resided in Tregear and played with various local junior rugby league teams; Tregear Foxes, Rooty Hill RSL, North St Marys Hotel, Colyton Colts and Guildford Leages. From then he progressed to first grade rugby league with Penrith Panthers, Balmain Tigers and Illawarra Steelers, Mid 1980's to Early 1990's)

The construction team he leads is blessed with an abundance of talent made up of a Construction Crew, Home Designers and an Administration section which is without peer.

The Company (Diz Home Improvements) also provides state-of-the-art building repairs , upgrades, maintenance and home extensions as required by the discerning home-owner.
